We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 28 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

Our goal is to always have the lowest price available so we can be your one stop shop. If you find an identical product in stock at a local retailer in their store or online at a lower price, let us know and we will happily match that price for you. Proof of advertised price must be presented to qualify. OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS 
Must be the exact same item, including size, color and year. Item must be in stock at an authorized Canadian dealer of that product (does not include online market places such as Amazon, eBay or Craigslist). We must be able to verify with the original copy of an ad or link to the website. We reserve the right to not match items that are below our cost.  Price match does not apply to prices advertised by online market places such as Amazon, eBay or Craigslist. 
PLUS - if we lower the price on any item you purchased from us within 30 days, we will gladly refund the difference in price when you bring your in your receipt. HOW TO MATCH A PRICE

SHIPPING

If you spend over $100.00 at Westwoodcycle.ca we will ship your order for free.  

Some restrictions apply see below for details.

$100.01 and over  Free* Free**

Shipping charges are calculated and added to your order prior to your final checkout. 

Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expediated Parcel service.  Items that are over the size or weight limit for Canada Post may be shipped using another shipping company.  

At this point in time Westwood Cycles ships within Canada.  

*Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight such as bicycles, trainers, and car racks.  Oversized and overweight items have a flat shipping charge of $22.00

** Due to recent instances of fraud we require valid government issued photo ID for instore pick up with the name and address matching the order.  

 

Stock Confirmation 

Our store and warehouse inventory levels are constantly changing.  At times a product may become unavailable or not be available in the quantity ordered.  Customers will be contacted if we are unable to fulfil a product due to inventory levels.  If possible we will suggest a comparable alternative.  

In Store

Items shown as "in store" will be shipped within 1-4 business days depending on the location they are available at.  Our priority is to ship items as quickly as we can, all order are shipped from our online store.  It may happen that some, or all, of the products you ordered are available from various locations.  Your order will ship as soon as all the items arrive at our online store.  

In Warehouse

Items shown as 'In Warehouse'  have additional wait times prior to shipping from Westwood Cycle depending on the location of the warehouse it is sent from, details of approximate times are listed in parentheses ( ) after the warehouse location name in your shopping cart.  

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges on items they wish to return.  If the incorrect item is shipped to you Westwood Cycles will provide a return label for the item.

BUY ONLINE PICKUP IN-STORE

Our online store is staffed Monday - Friday, if you have questions about ordering or about an order please email onlinestore@westwoodcycle.ca

Items shown as "in store" will be available for pickup within 1-4 business days depending on the location they are available at, and the location of pickup. Store transfers occur several times a week, every efford is made transfer purchased items as quickly as possible.  

Please wait for your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email before visiting the store for order pick-up.  

Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time for assembly.  

If you need an item right away please email onlinestore@westwoodcycle.ca to confirm that the product is available before coming to our store.

Valid government issued Photo ID is required for all in-store pickups with the name and address matching the order.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

BACKORDERS / OUT OF STOCK

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered.  If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped.  The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

ONLINE BOOKING

Online booking for bicycle servicing

All online bookings requires a non-refundable deposit of $25.00.  Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before schduled service time.  

Upon drop off of bicycle it will be assessed by the service department.  At this time they may have suggestions on changing service package, or replacing worn/broken parts.  Replacement of parts are subject to availability.

Online booking for Guru Fit Services

All online bookings requires a non-refundable deposit of $25.00.  Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before schduled service time. 

Please be aware that we are not connected in any way to other bicycle stores with "Cap's" in their name. Our policies apply to Cap's Westwood Cycle stores only.
